Hi, I’m Brooke. I like things simple. I like how the sun shines through the window in the mornings. I like how babies cackle. I like cheez-its, probably more than is healthy. I like college, probably more than the average person. I like converses, Captain America, Christmas lights. My hobbies include overcoming comparisons, crying about sad stories, and pinning lots of stuff on Pinterest. A few items on my bucket list are to go to Africa, be on TED Talks, and see Owl City in concert.

I like things simple. But life can be complex. I ask questions and hold doubts and make mistakes. Life can be messy “but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 3:13-14)
